“What is the missing Ingredient?”

How does it work in the body?
Creatine enhances the bodies phosphocreatine stores. This happens when creatine is transported to muscle cells, where it binds with phosphate to form phosphocreatine.
Phosphocreatine serves as a rapid energy reservoir to regenerate adenosine triphosphate (ATP), the body's primary energy currency. During short, explosive movements (e.g., sprinting, lifting), ATP breaks down into ADP (adenosine diphosphate) to release energy. Creatine donates a phosphate group to ADP, rapidly regenerating ATP, allowing muscles to sustain high-intensity efforts for longer.
